In order to ensure that you receive the best care available, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We accept debit cards and most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, and American Express.
We are an Authorized Clinic that accepts payments from HSA, FSA and FSH when booking your when booking your appointment online with Schedulicity (our online self scheduling program)
We do not process regular health insurance but you may submit a receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
